Spring Garden Share

You will be with us as the orchard garden awakens right up until our main season begins. Initially this share will consist of greens that were overwintered in our greenhouses and will build progressively as we add the early spring greens, then the spring roots, along the first indoor tomatoes and cucumbers of the season. The first weeks will be fewer items, but as we ramp up for 6X the number of shareholders for the summer season expect alot more in the final weeks of this season. There is only one size for this season. The number of items per week will fluctuate. Spring garden shares can only be purchased in conjunction with a summer share.

Spring Garden Share (6 early add-on weeks) $180
May 13 – June 17, 2020

Winter Garden Share (Fully booked)

This share type is completely unique. Each year when we get to the end of the season we typically have hundreds and hundreds of pounds of surplus produce. We plant more than we need, rather than run the risk of not having enough! After the Autumn share, we will divide all of our surplus by the number of shareholders who qualify for our winter share. Most likely this will amount to a large bag or box of storage veggies, winter squash, roots, onions, garlic + whatever else remains, likely some brassicas too.

Winter share pick-up is at the farm on October 31, 2020 or November 4th, 2020, your choice.

Summer Garden Share

Join us for our main growing season. This is our season of greatest abundance and the most variety. The days are long and the garden is alive. This share type will be begin with final weeks of spring greens and roots and quickly progress to heat loving crops and will wrap-up as the fall crops harvest begins . Expect tomatoes and cucumbers throughout entire the season.

Autumn Garden Share

This is a share for stalwart shareholders and stalwart farmers. We go deeeep into the year with the autumn garden share. Our late season greens and roots are a given. Expect lots of brassica’s (brocolli, brussel sprouts, cabbage or kohlrabi) as well. If we are lucky we may see some of the late summer nightshades too. Expect many of the storage crops we grew earlier in the season. By the end of this share the snow might be on the ground and we may be harvesting your hardiest veggies through the snow or in the greenhouses. We did this two years ago.
