Markets, Festivals & Events

From the second Saturday in May to Hallowe’en, you’ll find us behind a table somewhere most weekends — two farmers markets, three garlic festivals and a few Sundays at the farm. Here’s where we’ll be in 2027, and how to make sure there’s always something with your name on it.
Farmers Markets
Carp Farmers Market
Saturdays, May 8 to October 30, 2027
3790 Carp Road, Carp, Ontario

Almonte Farmers Market
Saturdays, May 15 to October 16, 2027
On the Alameda — the avenue of trees along the Ottawa Valley Rail Trail, beside the Almonte Public Library
155 High Street, Almonte, Ontario
Everything on our table was harvested on Friday, the day before — vegetables, fruit and garlic, cut for the market rather than left over from the week.

Garlic Festivals
Garlic is what we’re known for. We grow eight heirloom varieties for both seed and the kitchen, and August is when all of it comes out at once.
Garlic Nirvana — our own
Sunday, August 1, 2027 (to be confirmed)
Indian Creek Orchard Gardens, #919 Sugarbush Road, Pakenham, Ontario
Free admission. The widest selection we ever put out in one place, freshly cured, straight from the field it grew in.

Perth Garlic Festival
August 7 and 8, 2027 (to be confirmed)
Perth Fairgrounds, corner of Halton and Arthur Streets, Perth, Ontario

Carp Garlic Festival
August 14 and 15, 2027 (to be confirmed)
Carp Fairgrounds, 3790 Carp Road, Carp, Ontario

At the Farm
Spring Seedling Sale
Sundays, May 16 and May 23, 2027 | 9am-noon

Tomato and pepper starts, herbs and the rest of what we’re planting ourselves.
Apple, Garlic and Storage Crops Blow-Out
Sunday, October 31, 2027 | 9am-noon

The last of the year, by the bushel. Apples, garlic, squash, onions, potatoes and carrots to see you into February.

Both at #919 Sugarbush Road, Pakenham.
